Field Trip to Philadelphia

Greetings People of the Elements,

We will be traveling to Philadelphia on Saturday September 25. The bus will leave from the Main Building at 9am. Please arrive by 8:45am at the latest. I will be driving up separately, but will meet you at the drop off site.

Our itinerary for the day is:

11am arrive in Philadelphia/drop site: The Philadelphia Museum of Art

(walk to Spiral Q.)

11:15-12 Tour of Spiral Q Puppet Theater ($5 tour)

(walk to ICA)

12:30-1:30 visit to Institute of Contemporary Art

1:30 subway to Center City/Reading Terminal Market

Lunch at the Reading Terminal Market

3:00 Visit Fabric Workshop and/or Temporary Contemporary (admission $3)

4:30 walk back to buses/PMA

7pm arrive back in Baltimore

Please bring your journal/notebook and be prepared for lots of walking! Bring cash (small bills) for the Fabric Workshop and Spiral Q admission fees, as well as money for lunch (or bring a lunch, if you prefer.)
