book binding

i'm making a book for my drawing final, but i needed a refresher in book binding since i haven't done it since sophomore year of high school. i found this really great website with nice clear instructions:

http://www.trumpetvine.com/sketchblog/moleskine-reloaded/

the instructions are actually for how to remove the pages of a moleskin journal and replace them. the author does this because there's a different paper she prefers, but i thought it might be handy for people who use/fill a moleskin & don't necessarily want to buy a whole new one (i don't use them, so i have no clue how expensive they are). but sections of these instructions are also good for general book binding.
